These are High Temperature, Ultra Low-ESR radial capacitors made by Nichicon, a reputable Japanese manufacturer. These are new stock with a 2009 manufacturing date, taken from sealed manufacturer packaging.
These low impedance capacitors are designed for the performance requirements of computer motherboards and power supplies. They have a narrow 10mm diameter, which is difficult to find at this size and low-ESR spec.
