These are High Endurance, LowESR radial capacitors made by Nichicon, a reliable Japanese manufacturer. These are new capacitors, taken from sealed Nichicon packaging.
The HE series are robust, high-endurance capacitors. These are excellent for use in hot running power supplies, televisions, LCD monitors, or other applications demanding both high endurance and low ESR. They have a significantly longer life span than most capacitors.
These capacitors are sold in groups of 4. To get 8 capacitors, you would buy 2 of these "items". Shipping is only charged for the first set, all others will ride for free.

Endurance at 105C 7000hrs (this is a worst case rating based on sustained exposure to the maximum rated temperature and ripple current. These are the conditions used in manufacturer testing. Most capacitors have much lower ratings in this test. Real world applications should run cooler than this and last much longer.)
Endurance at 65C 112,000hrs estimated (as a general rule, the endurance of electrolytic capacitors roughly doubles for every 10C reduction in temperature.)
