Items can be returned within 14 days from date of receipt if they are in the same condition as when sold. The refund would be the amount of the invoice total. Return shipping expenses, Customs taxes, or any other expenses not on the invoice are not refundable.
Items are shipped via USPS within 1 business day from receiving cleared payment. Items cannot be shipped on weekends or postal holidays. Delivery transit time within the continental US is usually within 1 week.
A delivery signature will be required for any order where the total payment (grand total including all items, shipping, and tax) is $250 or more.
